Hi All

I have just locked and charged cards for the surveys that people have filled out. 

Please check that your card was not declined.

These people will be "Order 1" from now on and will be made first.

Please if you have not filled out your survey and want your dice before Christmas please order by Sunday the 25th Nov. 

I will put another update about when Order 1 will be finished.

I hope to get these to everyone before Christmas and I will work very hard to make sure that happens.

Techno Full Set

On special request we have added the techno design full set as an add-on. If you would like to change your pledge to use this design please tell me and I will change it right away.

Hi all

I have sent out all the surveys. Please check your email for a Backerkit message. Please also check your junk mail.

Please fill these out before Friday to be included in the wave 1 production. 

Please fill them out and add your payment information.

Your card will not be charged until I approve the survey.

So if you qualified for free postage fill out the survey as normal and I will manually discount your postage fee.

Backerkit Surveys are going out today!

Hi All  

The Backerkit survey is here!  

We will be doing a smoke test at first. 

This means only 5% of backers will receive a survey to make sure their is no issues with the survey.Later today, we will send all surveys after confirming all is well. 

Please read the below information.

The backerkit will run for 1-2 weeks depending on the how fast everyone fills out their survey. 

After this point all orders will be locked, but you will still be able to change your shipping address. All shipping will be sent via untracked mail. If you wish to have your package tracked please select the Upgrade option for shipping in the add-on section. You will afterwards receive a partial refund for any excess paid for your shipping. 

 In the meantime we will be creating the tooling and getting the samples for the three new sets and will post photos. Thank you all for your pledge. 

 Here is how to fill out your survey. 

 Start your survey 

 To begin, select your country and click “Get Started!”. 

 Answer the survey questions 

 If you need to make selections for your items or provide information to the project creator, you’ll need to answer the questions in this section. If you don’t have any choices to make, you won’t see the Questions page. 

 Purchase add-on items 

 After you make your selections for your items, you can review the items you’re receiving and, if you want, change to a different pledge level. You’ll also have a chance to buy additional items from your project creator, if available. 

Here you will also be able to see your postage total. As you add more products the system calculates the weight and therefore the shipping increases. If you wish to have your package tracked please select the Upgrade option for shipping in the add-on section. You will afterwards receive a partial refund for any excess paid for your shipping. Enter your shipping address If you're receiving physical goods as part of your pledge level, enter the address where you want to receive them. After you enter your address and click Next, our address validation tools try to match your address with the address on file with the postal service. Make sure you double-check any corrections before clicking Submit. 

 Confirm your information 

 Review your order and make any changes or go back and purchase additional add-on items. When you're ready, submit your payment information for any additional purchases and click Confirm. Pro Tip: You can return to your survey to make changes until your project creator locks the survey responses so they can begin producing your items.  Let your friends know about the project you backed. Use our links to Twitter and Facebook to share the project on social media, or to email a friend.
